My name is Tony Viper. I am 25 and live in the USA. I have been using computers since I was nine years old. I first started with a very basic computer meant for work where I didn’t even have internet lol. All I did was play solitaire and minesweeper.
Then when I finally got internet, I remember my dad set up a TV network of some sort in Windows Media Player. I used that to exclusively watch Malcolm in The Middle episodes.
I then played video games like Call of Duty and mainly the Zombies mode in it. After that, I wanted to create games myself so I asked my Dad how to. Coding was too complex too learn so I used a helper engine game FPS Creator. It basically had templates and presets so you could just drop in maps and objects and guns and enemies. I didn’t get far with that but atleast I tried.
I then branched off towards playing multiplayer in Call of Duty. I joined clans and would trickshot with friends online. I then realized that I liked being in the backend of all that, so I learned how to video edit using Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas Pro. I got my foot in the door by literally searching Call of Duty players who posted montages on YouTube. I looked for the players who had barely and subscribers and views. I then would message them asking to edit montages for them for free. So I did for many people.
From 2010 – 2013, I’d play Call of Duty MW2, Modern Warfare, MW3 and Black Ops. I trickshotted, got clips, edited for others, and got about 300 subscribers and around 20,000 views total. Funnily enough, I started all this when I was like nine years old. I would never talk in game and everyone believed I was a teenager or so. On top of that, I would game online with people while having horrible internet and ping and would lag a lot. Plus, I never asked for an HD PVR (video game recorder) because I was scared to, being so young and all. So I recorded my gameplay using my hone lol.
Besides that, once the community kind of fell off, I moved on to playing League of Legends and editing YouTube poops and movie clip montages. I also would learn to program and graphic design and make beats as well as write stories and mini-novels. Lastly, I finally got the courage to try to make games for real. When I turned 18 I dabbled with making games using Unreal Engine and Unity. I also made websites as well as using pro cameras to take pictures and such.
In this site I will post stories I find interesting as well as theories and other things I find worthy of posting!
Thanks for reading!
